Synopsis

KATE MARY MEETS AND FALLS IN LOVE WITH NED - YOUNGEST SON OF AN IRISH FAMILY. HIS TWO SISTERS ARE NUNS AND HIS BROTHER A PRIEST BUT NED WOULD RATHER DO SOMETHING MORE EXCITING AND BECOMES AN IRISH POLICEMAN. WHEN KATE MARY'S FATHER DIES, SHE'S SENT TO HER AUNT MARGARET'S AND HER COUSIN JOHNNY O'CONNOR WHO IS A FENIAN, AND THEN A SINN FEIN LEADER.
