In this book Catherine Saxelby sets out to explain everything you have ever wanted to know about food and nutrition.

The A-Z layout of the book makes it easy to find the information you are after, there is also an index in the back of the book which can also aid you in your search.

From barbecuing to berries and teas, to mindless eating and diet variations, to weight loss and links between food and disease, you're bound to find what you are looking for in this book.

What I like about this book is that it tells you exactly what you need to know and then provides you with information you can use to implement your findings in your own life.

If you want to ensure your families health and wellbeing while enjoying food along the way, this is a great reference book that can be easily used by anyone.
