Cadel is the son of a former super villain and due to his brilliant ability to hack into high level security systems,is offered a place at the Axis Institute (think Hogwarts for bad guys!) Here he trains to create diabolical plots and cunning plans of world domination under the careful gaze of his father's former partner in crime Thaddeus Roth, who might or might not be plotting something particularly evil for Cadels graduation.
