  I bought The Last Sacrifice two days ago and I read it in one day. Mind you, I was sooo tired after I had finished from lack of sleep. I could not put this Amazing book down. From the murder mystery to Rose' love life to new royalty. I was enthrawled every step of the way! This whole series has been a pleasure to read and I can not wait for the spin-off series by such an incredible author, Richelle Mead!

  I bought the series because it was what my friends were reading. I enjoyed the complexity of the characters and the twists in plot. The themes in the story are disturbing at times. I don't think my friends are giving much thought to them. The clues to where the narrative was going were subtly embedded in the narrative. Worth the money for the adrenalin punch in narrative. Unlike the other reviewers I think the fad with this genre will burn out soon.

  This novel and the stories before it were a gift (in more than one sense) from a friend and not something I'd normally read. I was intrigued and found the characters interesting although they did not life off the page for me. Not many writers seem to be able to capture the complexity of people any more. There is always that feeling that characters exist for the demands of plot. A good story teller but not an artful writer.

  Best book in the Vampire Academy series. Richelle Mead has really written a bestseller, full of plots, mystery and romance....
  Last Sacrifice was a great way to finish the series, but of course, there is a spin-off series Bloodlines- which is in other characters views.

  Amazing book, sad to see the book series come to an end

  When I had finished Spirit Bound, I was eager to get my hands on Last Sacrifice, so I could know who killed Queen Tatiana as well as who Lissa's half sibling was. The book has a different environment, unlike the past books, but it definitely has a rollercoaster of events and emotions. In the end, I was shocked, surprised, happy, sad and overall, amazed at the end of the book. I cannot wait for the spin-off series, Bloodlines to come out in August!
