I gave this book 5 stars because the story overall was fast paced, enjoyable and left you wanting more. Shatter Me is the first book in a trilogy, written by an up and coming author, Tahereh Mafi.

It is told from the point of view of Juliette, the main character. It has elements of dystopian fantasy and romance, though the fantasy side comes through more.

This is a must read for anyone who loves fantasy or romance, or even just someone who wants to read a gripping story.
