Survival Around the World is the third official cookbook from the Australian Institute of Sport. Developed by the sports dieticians at the AIS, with help from the athletes themselves, it is aimed not only at travelling athletes but anyone who is interested in maintaining a healthy diet - whether at home or abroad.

The cookbook contains a fabulous selection of international recipes, each of which is accompanied by a nutritional analysis for High Fuel and Low Fuel servings, cooking hints and a selection of travelling tips from AIS athletes. Meals with a special Australian theme are included to give athletes a taste of home, wherever you are. All the recipes are designed to provide maximum energy and nutrition, with minimum fuss.
