If you like bread you will like this book. If you love bread, you will love it. The Bread and Butter Project is the enterprise of Paul Allam and David McGuinness of Bourke Street Bakery fame to train and employ people to make bread, with all proceeds going back into the business. The recipes are gorgeous and varied and there is a loaf of bread in it for every bread lover.
