I will give you one Instance farther, which no Doubt you, at least many of your Country, would call in Question. It is as follows: I had the Honour of serving a very worthy Lady three Years, who happen'd once to see a Beest upon her, lhe was so much affected with it, that for some Days after she had no Pleasures being os Opinion, that she was to die, or some remarkable-Misfortune would befall her. But passing this, and many Motives sufficient, to engage me to live upon Beef, Mutton, Pork, &c. That i no Wonder, for in gegeneral speaking you never eat Meat, but at Christenings, Weddings, the End of Harvest, one Day at the Beginning of the Year, and some os you on the Sabbath of theWinter Season, and when you have an Opportunity thereof, your Kell which, at all other Times, are only made of Water, .Oat-Meal (or Grouts as you call them) Barley, and Greens 5 se, I sey, when you have a Pound or two of Meat in the Pot, it makes your Kell se savoury, that you often use double the Quantity, and when you have ...
