This lavish limited edition of 500 boxed sets reproduces the complete sketches, runway notes and fabric samples for every garment Saint Laurent produced during his four-decade career. In addition to 1,400 facsimile plates showcasing the most loved (and most notorious) collections, a 96-page viewing guide introduced by Pierre Berge provides an index, biography and bibliography to put Saint Laurent's work into context, and a 180-page programme album compiles programmes from all 80 runway shows. The plates and two bound volumes are packaged in four clamshell boxes, which will be shipped in a wooden box made specially for this set.
