A charming story of a beautifully brave goose from Judith Kerr, the creator of children's classics The Tiger Who Came To Tea and the ever-popular Mog series.

When the water in Katerina's pond begins to disappear overnight, she makes the wise decision to follow the leak, and leads her family into an exciting underground adventure. Who knows where the geese will surface next?
Meanwhile, the villagers try to solve the problem of the empty pond, and only little Millie Buswell seems aware that its inhabitants are missing too! Will she ever see her favourite goose again?
