    I bought this book to add to my collection from Sarah Wilson consisting of "I Quit Sugar" and "I Quit Sugar for Life".
    This book is Tops! My kids love going through all the recipes. They get to pick 1 dinner recipe each week, then make a list of meals for the week and each night we all get into the kitchen and cook together.

    It's great bonding time that we really missed out on with busy lives, but most of the recipes don't take long to make, and for the ones that do require extra time,
    we just make them on the weekend.

    My kids are constantly walking around with their calculators working out how much sugar is in what they eat, or pointing out to friends & family members things like "Do you know that you just drank 10 spoons of sugar in that one can of soft drink?"
    I'm so glad we've changed our lives, our way of thinking, living and eating!
