    This cookbook is really nice but there are a lot of issues with the recipes none of the cakes appear to have the correct amount of flour resulting in unstable cakes. The caramel popcorn recipe and the fleur de sel caramels are yum. If you purchase this even with the adjustment sheet use your own personal judgement because you will have to alter the cake recipes including the brownies.
