5.0 out of 5 stars What a charming and poignant little book, July 28, 2013
By Peter of Oxley

Our family all loved this little book, we gave it to them, and also to other doggy friends, for Xmas. The photos are so appealing, and the words add so much meaning to this charming book. The words are truly poetic, but also poignant, and frequently quietly amusing. The book reminds us how much we learn from our dogs, particularly our old dogs. It shows us how they are completely attentive and accepting, always loving and affectionate, and consistently loyal, it is quite a special little book.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Gift That Keeps On Giving, July 30, 2013
By Isabel from Brighton

Truly, this beautiful book is the "gift that keeps on giving." Every time I open it, I find another piece of wisdom and insight. This little book has a magic ability to heal and calm. It also proves to me that old adage; 'It is better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all.' I look forward to further works created by this gifted duo.

5.0 out of 5 stars What a moving book., July 30, 2013
By PR Creative

This beautiful book is small but packs a punch. Its size in fact makes it easy to carry and it is a perfect gift. It is poignant, quirky, joyous...from Suzanne's wonderful intro about Brando to the last snippet and photo.
The clever alignment of human perceptions with dogs of all types makes it different. It actually builds to a very moving conclusion in one read...very unusual for a gift book. This is a gem.
