A wicked magician is out to turn all of Oz into a swamp! He's destroyed nearly every flower in Oz and if they're not soon replaced, Oz will lose all of its magic! Now, it's up to the Scarecrow, Tin Woodman and Lion to stop this evil magician before his magic can destroy the fabled Speckled Rose of Oz -- the magic flower which can repopulate the flowers of Oz and save the magic of the land.
