Valleys of the Earth is an occult horror novel that continues to follow the adventures of disgraced Vatican emissary Greg Novara and ex-priest Roger Greene as they battle evil despite their mistrust of the Church. This is the second book in the Fallen Angels Trilogy and expands upon their understanding of what they fought in the first book, Dreams of Ivory and Gold, and how killing the first beast was only the beginning of their fight. Just like with Dreams, Valleys uses extra-biblical works to provide prophecies and feed the conspiracy theories that sit them at odds with the Vatican.
