    This is by far the best "cook book" I own. It's not divided into recipes, but organised by ingredients even as a vegetarian, I constantly use it to figure out different ways of using seasonal produce.

    This is my go to cookbook for everything. Not only are there recipes organised by ingredient there is information about the ingredients themselves, and all relevant to Australian cooks.

    By far the best cook book I have owned and I am 67 years old! So much more than just a recipe book. Very informative in so many ways. If you love cooking, you will love this book, an interesting read and an education. A must have for the serious cook.
