Despite the tumour-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel's story is about to be completely rewritten. Insightful, bold, irreverent, and raw, The Fault in Our Stars is award-winning author John Green's most ambitious and heartbreaking work yet, brilliantly exploring the funny, thrilling, and tragic business of being alive and in love.

The Fault in our Stars is an Impeccable book by John Green that will have you laughing, crying and will just ignite a passion that will not leave even once the book its self has.

John Green is one of my favourite people let alone Authors and this book just proved it even more for me, he has said that he tried to write a book like this for so long bits found he only could do it justice once he became a father and I am so happy he waited.

The fault in out stars in for the point of view of Hazel Grace (I name I feel I will never forget), It follow's Hazel though her first whirlwind teenage romance with Augusts (Gus) waters (another name I will never forget).

Both Hazel and Gus are in remission from having cancer Hazels claiming her ability to breath properly and Gus's claiming his leg. We follow the two as they bond over An Imperial Affliction and you see a lot of points brought up from that book in this book. We see the two go though hard times with friends and each other, having there hopes built and then tarnished and the whole time your not reading about two kids going wow as me, your reading about two people trying to life there lives to the fullest and standing by those they care for and who in return care for them.

I cared for the characters that much that I put the book down for a month because I didn't want to read what I knew was going to happen, there is still a part of me that wishes I hadn't picked it up because my Hazel and Gus got hurt but an even bigger part of me that knows I will carry this story with me the rest of my life.

John Green is an impeccable writer and in The Fault in Our Stars he takes his ability to write clever, witty dialogue and believable friendship to the next level. I love that his characters are always questioning themselves and the people around them. They are thoughtful, cynical and humorous and the sarcasm and natural banter in this book is very fitting for the young people in it, Hazel Grace, Augustus Waters and Isaac. I couldn't put this book down for the first 252 pages and I avoided reading the last 61 pages because I knew it would hurt. This book is extremely touching and John Green handles the subject matter with such grace.
