Where’s My Order?
Please note that many of the products on our website are despatched from our US and UK suppliers. Delivery can take 3-4 weeks or more. Please check your confirmation email for the delivery expectation of each product.

ALL deliveries come via standard Australia Post. We do not use a tracking service so please contact your local Australia Post office if your parcel does not arrive within the delivery time stated on your confirmation email.

eBook/eReader Problems or Questions
If you have a problem with an ebook, or a question about the status of your eReader or ebook order, please use the form below and select “My eBook is not in my eLibrary”. For technical issues with your Kobo eReader please use the Kobo phone number listed below.
