If it has the name Robin Hobb as the author you know its going to be a great read. All her books are linked and I suggest that before you read this series you read the others first like Farseer trilogies,live ship trilogies and the tawny man series.

This is another book connected to "The black gem series". There is nothing like this story , this series is gripping, once you start reading there will no putting them down. start from the beginning, you will laugh, cry and get angry as you get to know all the charactors. I have recommended this series to many people and now they are all avid fans. You will love it from the age of 15- 100+
