True Friends is a Story of friendship and loyalty. Rom and Disk are twins who find their loyalty to their friend Printer is tested when he is caught stealing strawberries on a farm. The story challenges us all to consider how easy it is to declare lasting friendship to one another, and demonstrates that it is difficult to show solidarity in the face of adversity. 

"True Friends!" is the first of a series of books about twins, Rom and Disk. The series explores various aspects of the twins' lives, their friendships, family and relationships at school. The character's names are all computer related and link the simplicity and fun of the lives of today's young children to the high tech computer age in which they are engulfed. Each story provides a moral, which the reader can take away and reflect upon. In this first book, children will enjoy getting to know Rom, Disk and their good friend Printer and will also be introduced to the school bad boy, Virus. You can anticipate many more adventures in future books.
