Can't Sign-in to Your Account on the Website?

You may be using an older version of Internet Explorer. Here's how to check which version you have.

Whilst you are in Internet Explorer, open the 'HELP' menu from the menu (you can otherwise press the 'ALT+H' keys in unison). Within the 'HELP' menu choose 'About Internet Explorer' from the list of options that appears and you will then be able to view the version number.


 


To best represent our website using Internet Explorer, you should update to at least version 8 however if you are using Windows Vista or 7 we recommend updating to version 9. Our website has no issues working with Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Opera browsers, all of which are free and easy to use.
