My Kobo is Not Recognised by the Angus & Robertson Desktop app.

When you connect your Kobo to your computer it will give you two options.  Depending upon which model Kobo you have, you will need to select 'MANAGE LIBRARY' or 'CONNECT' to enable your computer to recognise your Kobo.

If you are not offered the option to 'Keep Reading' or to 'Manage Library',try connecting the device using a different USB port.  You may also wish to try using a different USB cable and any other device cable that fits will work without any need to worry about damaging the device.  If trouble persists then you may wish to undertake a factory reset of your device using the option within the 'SETTINGS' menu on the device.
