It may look confusing, but it's really quite simple and you can cccess your eBooks from multiple devices.
An ePub (electronic publication) is a free and open eBook standard for ‘reflowable’ content, meaning that the text display can be optimized depending on the device or hardware being used.
The ability of an ePub to reflow allows you to resize the text to suit your preference and the screen size of the reading device. The ePub format allows you to read ebooks on multiple platforms, such as your home or work computer, smart devices such as iPads, iPhones and Android-powered devices and any Adobe-DRM supported eReading device. We provide you with more options, in more locations to access a wide range of titles ensuring that any spare moment can be a reading moment.
