What is an Adobe ID, Why Do I Need One & Would I Already Have One?

An Adobe ID is an account used to authorise Adobe software. This account allows you to have up to six copies of any ePub or PDF eBook that you purchase from us.

We highly recommend you have an account to allow you to transfer your eBooks to any new or extra computers you may purchase in the future and to allow you to borrow eBooks as more libraries allow digital borrowing.

The Adobe ID prevents unauthorized copying of eBooks.  You may have purchased Adobe software in the past, such as Photoshop, which would have required you to use an Adobe ID.  If this is the case, please use these details to authorise Adobe Digital Editions.

If you think you may already have an Adobe ID or if you have forgotten your Adobe ID, please click here.

If you require further information on how to download your Angus & Robertson eBooks to Adobe Digital Editions, then please consult our online guide found here.

A list of Adobe-DRM supported devices can be found on the Adobe website here.
