Like any electronic device the Kobo eReader can occasionally fall over and require some assistance. Let's see if we can resolve it.

You may be more comfortable with PDF files however ePub allows more flexibility on a greater number of eReading devices.

The urllink.acsm file is a token that is used to trigger the ePub or PDF download through Adobe Digital Editions or the Sony software, Reader.

If you are using the Angus & Robertson app and cannot downlaod your eBooks when you click upon the 'UPDATE LIBRARY', then you may need to explore the settings to allow the app to connect to the online database where the eBooks are stored.

It may look confusing, but it's really quite simple and you can cccess your eBooks from multiple devices.
Yes, you get one electronic copy of the book per acount, however you can access that book in your online account from multiple devices including your computer, selected smartphones and eReaders.
To do this you will need to download the appropriate software for your device, please visit our eReading Apps page.
You can also download up to six cipies of any ePub or PDF formatted eBook to any Adobe-DRM compatible device. Visit our apps page to learn more.
