If you are using the Angus & Robertson app and cannot downlaod your eBooks when you click upon the 'UPDATE LIBRARY', then you may need to explore the settings to allow the app to connect to the online database where the eBooks are stored.

All is not lost, literally. Simply perform a factory reset of your Kobo WiFi.
There are two types of reset available on your Kobo eReader and they work in different ways.

PDF eBooks are encrypted to protect the intellectual property of the publishers through unauthorized copying of the file. This new format of PDF requires software that is more advanced than the Adobe Acrobat Reader that we have used in the past.<
If your Kobo has frozen, the battery may have gone flat so initially try charging the device. If it is charged, please reset it via a paperclip or pin to press the button in the small hole on the back of your Kobo eReader.

When you connect your Kobo to your computer it will give you two options. Depending upon which model Kobo you have, you will need to select 'MANAGE LIBRARY' or 'CONNECT' to enable your computer to recognise your Kobo.
If the ePub file has a filename that contains non-Latin characters, simply rename the file and it should load correctly.
