Rewards FAQ

1. How do I join Angus & Robertson Rewards? +

Simply fill out the application form found here or pick one up from any participating Angus & Robertson store. Your Angus & Robertson Rewards membership card will be given to you then and there so you can start earning points on your very first transaction. Please note: A once-off joining fee may apply. Please check with the staff at your local store for full details.

2. Who may join Angus & Robertson Rewards? +

Angus & Robertson Rewards is for individuals only and is personal to the members. Cards and/or points cannot be pooled or shared with others. The Angus & Robertson Rewards card cannot be used in conjunction with an Angus & Robertson business or academic account.

3. How many Angus & Robertson Rewards points may be earned per purchase? +

One point will be earned for every spent on qualifying purchases* in a participating Angus & Robertson stores.

Points will be rounded down to the nearest dollar for values of 0-49 cents; and rounded up to the nearest dollar for values of 50 - 99 cents.

4. Where are Angus & Robertson Rewards points earned? +

You can earn Angus & Robertson Rewards points at all participating Angus & Robertson stores. This does not include Calendar Club outlets or Angus & Robertson Express outlets within Supanews stores. Angus & Robertson Rewards points cannot be earned online at this time.

5. Can I purchase online and earn points? +

Rewards members can currently receive a 5% discount on most online purchases, excluding giftcards and shipping costs. Click here for further information about how to use your Rewards membership to get this discount.

Rewards points are currently not earned on any online purchase. We are currently working towards Angus & Robertson Rewards card holders being able to earn points for purchases from Angus & Robertson Online, and redeem Rewards vouchers online. We will notify Angus & Robertson Rewards members as soon as this facility becomes available.

6. Which stores can I use my Angus & Robertson Rewards card in? +

You can earn and redeem Angus & Robertson Rewards points at all participating Angus & Robertson stores. Stores who participate in the Rewards Program are marked with *Participates in the Angus & Robertson Rewards program in the Store Locator.

7. Are the existing Bonus Book cards still valid? +

Angus & Robertson will not longer be issuing Bonus Book cards. If you are currently in possession of a Bonus Book cards, you can continue to collect stamps on your existing card and also redeem them when you have collected all ten stamps. At any time, you can choose to swap your Bonus Book card stamps for Angus & Robertson Rewards points. Please contact a store staff member if you wish to convert your Bonus Book card to Angus & Robertson Rewards points.

8. Can I use my Angus & Robertson Rewards card in conjunction with a Business or Academic Account? +

No. You can be a member of Angus &anp; Robertson Rewards and hold a business or academic account but may not receive benefits from both in a single transaction.

9. How many Angus & Robertson Rewards points do I need for a reward? +

An Angus & Robertson Rewards voucher is issued each time you earn 100 points; to be redeemed with your next purchase. Purchases, or the portion of a purchase made with the Reward voucher do not earn Angus & Robertson Rewards points.

10. When does my Angus & Robertson Rewards voucher expire? +

The Angus & Robertson Rewards voucher is valid for three months (90 days) from date of issue. Instant prize and other vouchers will be subject to individual expiry periods.

11. Where can my Angus & Robertson Rewards voucher be redeemed? +

Angus & Robertson Rewards vouchers may redeemed at all participating Angus & Robertson stores. In order to claim the reward ( off) the Angus & Robertson Rewards voucher must be handed to staff members when completing a qualifying purchase instore.

12. What are qualifying purchases? +

Qualifying purchases are those purchases that enable you to earn points. All purchases at participating Angus & Robertson stores are qualifying purchases; excluding lotto, internet sales, products where bonus card stamps are received; and purchase where payment is made by gift card or Angus & Robertson Rewards vouchers.

13. How do I know what my points balance is? +

Your points balance is displayed on the face of your Angus & Robertson Rewards card and it is updated very time you use it. No need to wait for statements. The card also advises you how many points you require until you receive your next Angus & Robertson Rewards voucher.

14. What if I forget to bring my card to the store? Can points be added to my card at a later time? +

Yes, you can. You are required to have your Angus & Robertson receipt stamped and signed by a staff member. Then next time you shop and present your card; you must also present the receipt (within one month of original purchase) and the points will be added to your card.

15. What happens if I lose my Angus & Robertson Rewards voucher or instant prize voucher? +

Angus & Robertson Rewards vouchers and instant prize vouchers are your claim to the actual discount or instant prize printed on them. The voucher must be presented in exchange for the discount or prize, along with your Angus & Robertson Rewards card. Note that your Angus & Robertson Rewards Card is not the vehicle to claim the Reward or instant prize.

These vouchers are like cash, if they are lost, they cannot be replaced.

16. The application form asks for personal information - what is this information going to be used for? +

The information provided by you on the Angus & Robertson Rewards application form will be used to ensure that you receive relevant communications and offers. The information remains confidential and is able to be accessed by you in accordance with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988. To see our privacy policy click here

17. If my Angus & Robertson Rewards card is lost or stolen - how do I receive a new one? +

If you lose your Angus & Robertson Rewards Card (or it is stolen), you can apply for a replacement card via the Angus & Robertson Rewards Customer Centre on 1800 153 671 or at any participating Angus & Robertson store. Provided correct identification can be made, your points will be included on the replacement card.

18. If I damage my Angus & Robertson Rewards Card, what do I do? +

If you have damaged your Angus & Robertson Rewards Card or cannot read the face or the card; you should present the card at a participating Angus & Robertson store. The store can then generate a replacement card on the spot. Angus & Robertson reserves the right to charge for replacement cards if you have sort an unreasonable number of replacement cards. All existing points will be added to the replacement card.

19. I have changed my contact details. Who do I notify? +

It is important that you notify us of any change of contact details. To change these details, please visit any participating Angus & Robertson store, call the Angus & Robertson Customer Centre on 1800 153 671 or email rewards@angusrobertson.com.au

20. Am I able to cancel my membership? +

Yes, you can cancel your Angus & Robertson Rewards membership at any time by writing to:
