Angus & Robertson Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

1. Each application for membership of the Angus & Robertson Rewards program is subject to acceptance by Angus & Robertson in its absolute discretion.
2. Angus & Robertson Rewards membership is only activated upon receipt of a fully completed and signed application form.
3. Membership of Angus & Robertson Rewards is for individuals only. Membership is personal to you and your card and/or points balance cannot be pooled or shared with others. Corporations, partnerships, trusts and other entities are not eligible to participate in the Angus & Robertson Rewards program.
4. An Angus & Robertson Rewards program member can only hold one Angus & Robertson Rewards card. Memberships or cards cannot be jointly held between two or more individuals.
5. Ownership of your card remains with Angus & Robertson, and we reserve the right to terminate membership without notice and without reason.
6. Angus & Robertson employees or employees of their partner organisations, are not eligible to participate in the Angus & Robertson Rewards program.
7. For each $1 you spend you get 1 point. You need to produce your card at the time of purchase to get points. You will earn points on purchases of all products excluding lotto products, purchases from the Angus & Robertson online store and gift card redemptions. You do not earn points on purchases made with a Rewards Voucher.
8. Angus & Robertson Rewards points cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
9. Angus & Robertson may also, from time to time, offer bonus points on terms set by Angus & Robertson in its absolute discretion.
10. When you reach 100 points you will be given a $5 Angus & Robertson Rewards voucher to spend on your next visit within the following 90 days. Angus & Robertson Rewards vouchers cannot be used for purchases from the Angus & Robertson online store, lotto products or the purchase of gift cards. Angus & Robertson Rewards vouchers will not be accepted if disfigured or photocopied and will not be replaced if lost. Angus & Robertson Rewards vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
11. Angus & Robertson Rewards are available at all participating Angus & Robertson stores. Angus & Robertson Rewards cannot be used at Calendar Club or Angus & Robertson Express outlets within Supanews stores.
12. When you present your card to obtain points, you also have a chance to win an instant prize reward. Only the registered cardholder can claim Angus & Robertson Rewards and you are required to present your card when claiming. Angus & Robertson Rewards that are available can only be claimed in Australia. Angus & Robertson Rewards must be claimed within 90 days. Angus & Robertson Rewards cannot be exchanged for other products or cash.
13. If you do not have any transactions for 12 months your points total will expire.
14. Refunds will only be provided for purchases made using an Angus & Robertson Rewards card in accordance with the Angus & Robertson refund policy. In the event of a refund, any Angus & Robertson Rewards points earned for the original purchase will be deducted from the Angus & Robertson Rewards card, and if purchased using a redeemed Angus & Robertson Rewards voucher, the proportion of the purchase using this voucher will not be deducted from the Angus & Robertson Rewards card.
15. By accepting membership, you agree to these terms and conditions and any variation. You also agree to provide Angus & Robertson with any change to your contact details.
16. Angus & Robertson reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Angus & Robertson Rewards program at any time without prior notice. Angus & Robertson is not obliged to give any consideration for points earned at that time.
17. All these rules (including the rules as to points required to receive a Rewards voucher and voucher validity and redemption) are subject to change without notice at Angus & Robertson’s discretion.
18. Special privileges and exclusive offers are subject to these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions notified with the special privileges and exclusive offers.
19. If you lose your card or it is damaged, any participating Angus & Robertson store will replace the card and you will retain your points balance. Angus & Robertson reserves the right to charge for replacement cards if you have sought an unreasonable number of replacement cards.
