Columbian born chef David Michaels traveled to over 27 countries,living and working in 5 countries before returning to home to start his Latino fast food business ‘Pablo’s Kitchen’, introducing healthy, fast food to everyone.

Latin food wasn’t easy to find outside of South America so David was one of the first to introduce Latin American style fast food to his home.
