This volume examines trends in Saskatchewan politics since 1975, and considers possible future developments. While the essays in this volume cover a broad range of political topics, their common theme is "Change." As the editor suggests in his introductory essay entitled "The rich soil of Saskatchewan politics"--the old Saskatchewan is gone forever, lost in the welter of changing industries, ideologies, and people, and a new Saskatchewan continues to be born, with new players and new goals.
