Man Drought - Rachael Johns

After the death of her husband, Imogen Bates moved to the small rural town of Gibson's Find and poured her heart and savings into restoring The Majestic Hotel to its former glory. Local farmer Gibson Black once dreamed of having a family, but he's learned not to dream anymore. He won't have anyone-least of all a hot redhead from the city-change a thing in his town. Imogen has never been one to back down from a challenge. She's determined to rebuild the pub and create a future for the little town. But can she create a future for Gibson and herself, too?

Second Time Sweeter - Ros Baxter

The last thing Genevieve Jenkins needs on top of two kids, a sick mother, a deadbeat ex and a heap of bad debt is for Mr Love of Her Life to ride back into her small home town of Sweet Pocket. One-time bad boy Brodie Brown is back in town on a mission of mercy, but he can't let this town-or the girl who broke his heart ten years before-get under his skin. Brodie learned long ago that there is nothing left for him in Sweet Pocket but a broken heart and lost dreams. When the town's future is secure, he'll ride away again-back to his life and his future, and away from the girl who could make both worthwhile.

Catch Me A Cowboy - Jaquie Underdown

When Emily Wolfe gets a chance to compete on a reality dating show she decides to risk it all for love in the biggest game of her life. The city girl is surprised how much she enjoys switching her high heels for cowboy boots. And she's falling hard for Wil Parker, the sexy, rugged farmer at the centre of the show. Amidst the chaos, tantrums and editing tape, the heat and passion between Emily and Wil reaches boiling point. But can they survive the imminent explosion, let alone the fallout?

Ros Baxter

Ros Baxter has been writing since she was eight and penned a whimsical series of short stories about a race of tiny people who lived on a rainbow. While a few things intervened - a career in social policy, four children - Ros started writing again in earnest three years ago. In that time, Ros secured a two-book deal with Harper Collins Australia, published Sister Pact (a romantic comedy co-written with her sister Ali), been a contributing author to the e-anthology URL Love, and finaled in the STALI competition.

Ros writes transporting stories about love, family, friendship and women in all their glorious strength and contrariness. She loves to turn up the sizzle, throwing heroes and heroines into screwy and sometimes fantastical situations and watching how they take the heat. Ros lives in Brisbane's North with her husband Blair, four noisy children under eight, a neurotic dog and nine billion germs.

Rachael Johns

Rachael Johns, an English teacher by trade and a mum 24/7, is the bestselling ABIA-winning author of The Patterson Girls and a number of other romance and women's fiction books including The Art of Keeping Secrets and The Greatest Gift. She is currently Australia's leading writer of contemporary relationship stories around women's issues, a genre she has coined 'life-lit'. Rachael lives in the Perth hills with her hyperactive husband, three mostly-gorgeous heroes-in-training and a very badly behaved dog. She rarely sleeps and never irons.

Jacquie Underdown

Jacquie resides in sunny Brisbane with her husband and two sons. Numbers and practicality are a way of life for Jacquie as she works as an accountant by day. So it's no wonder, for sanity's sake, she balances this banality with words, characters and imagination in all other possible moments.

Jacquie is an author of a number of novels and writes contemporary women's fiction that is emotionally driven and possesses unique themes beyond the constraints of the physical universe. She strives to offer romance, but with complexity; spirituality, without the religion. Her novels express a purpose and offer subtle messages about life, the spirit and, of course, love.
