Amisha (The Narrator) is a determined girl who always wants to follow her passion. She faces many obstacles on the way to achieve her goal. After finding a man who strives for her love, she takes a plunge to fulfill her dream with his help. But her sloppy and selfish steps clinch her as a failure. After rectifying her mistakes, she calls the shots and mounts with spunk to clear all the debris on her way. She finally proves her mom's decisions as wrong for her knack and fulfills her dream with flying colors.

I went to the broken mirror in my room and stood in front of it where I could see my admirable and attractive eyes, a straight-edged nose, strawberry-colored lips, snow-colored skin tone, and coal-like long hair in different pieces of the mirror.

I restively sat by managing myself not to trap into his blazing eyes. I know that the boy is trying to flirt with me. But my mother is unable to understand the boy's intention. The boy said ""I like you uh-huh-hmm...I love you. I will be with you in hard times. Will you agree to follow in my footsteps?"

I screamed in my room by saying, "my dream has an expiry date, I need to accomplish it before it gets expired. But now, I just need to nod my head for my mother. My hard work went like a dead horse."

She took the mic close to her lips and announced, ""The winner in 2019 is...it's none other than...""

Who is 'I' here? Who is the 'boy' here? How can a dream have an expiry date? Who announced 'what'? Did she win or lose?
