Haze is a lumberjack gentleman of a Guardian you can't help but love & Peaches is a timid well-blessed human wanting to be strong but afraid to take that step until she is urged on by Haze.

Told at the same time as the events in The Secrets in Shadow & Blood. We get to see inside Queen Maebhs court & what lives underneath it. Loved the new creatures that were introduced & the lead up to Shade's book. This is an interesting world with some damn hot men & strong females who band together with such instant support.
