AUTHOR: James Diamomd trained as a journalist for local newspapers in north London and for national newspapers including The Observer and the Daily Mirror. Since leaving the newspaper industry he has worked in local government in London as a press officer. Hid undergraduate degree was in History and Cultural Studies and he has an MA in Economic and Social History. He lives in Walthamstow.
