A youthful spirit helped Eric rise above isolation while recovering from ill health and facing the challenges of the 2020 global pandemic. Eric, like so many others, endured both physical pain and a heavy sense of separation. These events became the springboard for Eric's poetic journey, full of humor and thoughtful reflections.
