Strange things happen all the time... A nine-year-old girl's non-stop chatter rids the town of aliens. A disastrous competition between two master chefs results in gastronomic chaos. A slightly cranky genie makes more than magic. A little girl sees the sky for the first time. A pocket-sized visitor gives the gift of confidence to a shy boy. Sound weird? Here's an irresistible collection of extremely unlikely stories by one of Australia's favourite children's authors.
