Her books have won various honors, including the Boston Globe-Horn Book Honor Award and the Golden Kite Honor Award. She lives near Indianapolis and gives presentations and workshops across the country.

Mike Lowery is a New York Times bestselling illustrator who has worked on dozens of books for children and adults. He’s also the author of many books, including Random Illustrated Facts and The Everything Awesome series from Scholastic books.

He lives in Atlanta, GA and is married to illustrator Katrin Wiehle.
