Growing up never gets easier, but try growing up in the generation raised on the internet. Your world is personally evolving as you mature, and you have front-row tickets to watch the world get shaken around. In-between beauty standards, trends, culture shocks, and so much more, you are expected to become a model citizen, the perfect representation of your parents. This is the new normal, but it never gets easier, especially if you're a little black girl.




Some things are better kept inside, or at least that's what I told myself for a long time. I'm an introvert in common terms. I feel a lot, but I don't say a lot. I keep things inside until I feel like I'm going to explode. You are reading those explosions. Here are all my inner thoughts and highlights of words written inside my journals.
