Web site said books wanted were in stock, so ordered 3 weeks before required for birthday present, expecting a week to 10 days to deliver as stated on web site. 3 phone calls made on separate days after 14 days no delivery, first time told on order would get email to advise when sent, no email received, second call same as first, no follow up email or phone call with apology when explained in first they were needed for a birthday present. Third call we cancelled order to be advised they were on their way, still no apology for web site saying they were in stock when obviously they weren't. We went to another supplier, guess you did us a favour as we bought the set we had ordered from you $30 dollars cheaper even if a bit late for the birthday. Still waiting for you to refund the money you took for the order you could not deliver.
