Melbourne-based vegan chef and surfer Sam Murphy was used to being trim and eating anything she liked, which meant hefty servings of burgers, cakes and other not-so-healthy food.
When she began to explore veganism, she thought she’d be leaving all those favourites behind, but through her kitchen experiments, Sam realised she could still have those irresistibly delicious meals while also staying healthy and being faithful to her new vegan lifestyle.
