Dr Talia Steed believes in the path to true healing as a journey of self-discovery. is came about through her own journey through a series of mental health challenges, including an eating disorder, anxiety and depression as well as chronic gut issues. It was through these adversities that propelled Dr Talia to seek solutions from within. She discovered that our answers are not to be found from external sources but from connecting more deeply with the wisdom of our bodies. Our bodies are always trying to communicate with us, to guide us in the direction that best serves our highest self, though often our minds try to override these messages. When this goes on for too long and we are acting in ways that are not serving the interest of our true selves, we will suffer. However, we always have the choice to choose again. By learning to listen to the wisdom within, we have the opportunity to create the most joyous, fulfilled, peaceful and contented life that we desire.
