Shannon is an American cookbook author, food blogger and podcast host. She is a Wisconsin native and a Midwest girl with a love for all things wine, cheese, and dairy. Shannon began her career in dentistry as a Registered Dental Hygienist and later discovered a passion for food blogging and writing amidst the Covid Pandemic. She published her first book A Healthy Balance: In Life and In the Kitchen in 2021. After losing her dad to depression, Shannon has devoted much of her time to raising awareness about mental health issues and trying to help eliminate the stigma. This book is just another way of helping anyone who struggles with their mental health. Shannon is married to her husband Brad, and together they have four kids. They are settling into their new farmhouse, and enjoying what life has to offer in the country. Follow Shannon at www.faithfoodfarm.com for daily inspiration
