    The recipes are original and unusual so there is no chance you will get bored. Everything is laid out clearly so you know what portions you are eating, and the photos are great. I would have liked to see a bit more about vegetarian main meals and weekend dinners as we cook for 2 vegetarian relatives once a week and it is hard to find anything low-carb,
