    This book is quite good. I have used a number of recipes and found my husband's diabetic sugar readings have dropped, as well as a few kilos have come off. The only minus was that I wasn't sure what some of the ingredients were, but was able to find our.

    The recipes are original and unusual so there is no chance you will get bored. Everything is laid out clearly so you know what portions you are eating, and the photos are great. I would have liked to see a bit more about vegetarian main meals and weekend dinners as we cook for 2 vegetarian relatives once a week and it is hard to find anything low-carb,
