Nick Abadzis was born in Sweden to Greek and British parents and was brought up in England and Switzerland. He has been writing and drawing comics and graphic novels for all ages for over twenty-five years.

His work has appeared in numerous books, newspapers, magazines and other periodicals around the world and he has been honored with various international storytelling awards, including an Eisner for his 2007 graphic novel, Laika. He also works as a publishing consultant, visual facilitator for corporate business and speaker on visual communication in culture. He lives in Brooklyn, New York, with his wife and daughter.

James Hill has enjoyed over 30 years as a writer/editor in the comics and licensed publishing fields, beginning his professional life as a scriptwriter on Marvel UK's best-selling Transformers comic. He has written stories for such internationally recognised brands as Masters of the Universe, My Little Pony, The Muppets, The Smurfs, Donald Duck, Spier-Man and Power Rangers. In recent times, he has provided comic scripts and text stories for the best-selling Doctor Who Adventures and is currently writing feature articles for Marvel Fact Files, The DC Comics Super Hero Collection, The Marvel Movie Collection, and other comic-themed publications.

Alan Cowsill is a writer and editor who has worked extensively for Marvel UK/Panini and Eaglemoss. He created the award-winning Classic Marvel Figurine Collection and DC Super Hero Collection for Eaglemoss Publications and presently edits the Marvel Movie Collection for them. His books include DC Comics: A Year by Year Visual Chronicle (DK), The Spider-Man Chronicle (DK), Marvel Avengers Character Encyclopedia (DK), Colin the Goblin, Punch Drunk Kisses, Zombie 18, and the award-winning graphic novel World War One (Campfire). He was also one of the writers of Revolutionary War (Marvel).
