I love the heart of this book. I was moved right from the start when I read the dedication page, and looked forward to reading it. The author paints vivid pictures with his words so that you can see the story in your imagination as you read it. It's also a story that keeps you wanting to read on to the end. I highly recommend it.
What an amazing book about survival and a mother’s love.
Great writing about a subject more of us should be aware of.
I think this is a book for our time!
