This is quite an easy read, the book itself is quite short... but in saying that each page delivers useful and practical information to the reader on the subject of Consciousness and Dreaming.



The practical exercises to awaken the Consciousness within the Internal Worlds actually work if the student applies them and works with them with consistency and patience.



It's quite a shock to discover for the first time that we as a Consciousness that inhabits this physical body actually operate within more subtle bodies in a completely different dimension to this one when we lay our heads down to sleep.



It's also quite sad to know that this humanity wanders around aimlessly within these other dimensions completely hypnotized by their own subjective projections which form our visions of dream, this book shows you the tools that you can use to wake up and realize where you are so that you can investigate for yourself the reality of these other dimensions.
