About the Authors
Leanne Kitchen has worked as a chef, food stylist, recipe and travel writer, photographer and editor, with a long career in food media and five cookbooks to her credit.
Antony Suvalko has owned and operated a successful catering company and has had several successful digital media ventures with food websites and apps. Both have a deep love and fascination for the culture and food of South East Asia. This is their second book, following "The Real Food of China."
