Never did I set out to one day be the author of a book, let alone create a forum that would simultaneously be launched for everything growing up "Girl". At 46 years old, with a 30 year career in mortgages, I had already been married, divorced, then in another engagement when receiving some devastating news that there was no possibility of ever having kids of my own. This sat heavy on my heart and I think every human being at one point in their life thinks, "What impact do or did I have in this world"? This led me to wanting to tell my story, while possibly helping even one girl navigate some of things we think we are alone with in this world. Maybe even a mom who can try and remember what it was like growing up "Girl". I am in my own empowerment and healing process and wanted to share my story while giving you the space to know its OK to just be you. I am still learning this each and every day.
