This book is extremely motivating. The workout advice is solid. Especially the honesty about wanting badly enough to work hard for it. The workouts are not complicated but they are effective!

I ordered this because I am a fan of his motivation book and this book was aimed at me as a beginner. Reading this book and using the tools that James provides really has gotten me in a great position. I'm motivated and feeling better and have not spent hundreds of dollars to get here. I bought it for me and now my wife is reading it and working out as well!

With my schedule being so busy and erratic, trying to squeeze in a workout at the gym is almost impossible. This well-written guide has empowered me to get in regular workouts in the comfort of my home. The author has done a good job of providing various exercises that target specific areas of the body. Loved the core strength exercises described.
